Easy Detox? The Sudatonic Body Wrap

Most people would like to know the easiest way to detoxify their bodies. The first thing that comes to my mind is….isn’t this an oxymoron? My answer is, in a word, yes. To truly detoxify your body’s systems it needs time, nutritional support and rest. This means a lot of commitment on the part of the person who wants to clean out their vessel. There is way too much information to get into a meaningful discussion on the subject of detoxification here, however, if you’re interested in finding out more you can contact me via my website: http://connectionjh.com/bliss-bodywork/

So, for those of you who want to do a detox without the commitment or effort there is an answer that I have discovered. To my knowledge this is the most effective way to detoxify the body without doing anything but laying in a body wrap. While this does not come anywhere close to a 30 day, full body cleanse whilst juice fasting, this will elicit the most profound results of any 2 hour detox program anywhere. What is this method already (I can hear you saying)?! It’s called a Sudatonic body wrap. It’s a fancy name for a pretty amazing combination of herbal creams, detox massage strokes and far infrared technology in a body blanket.

This wrap has been around for awhile, however, I have only been working with it for about a year. I had known about it for maybe a year before that, but as I’m a skeptic, I bushed it off as being hype. Then I was asked to do one as an emergency favour, which I accepted. I got trained in it and experienced it and that’s when my opinion started to change…then I gave the wrap to the emergency client, heard his story and I was forever converted. I learned this client (who was once virtually incapacitated from serious injury) went from being unable to move without intense pain to going back to his (insane) routine of mountain schlepping and deep sea diving. I worked with this person a number of times at the end of his treatment plan and saw miraculous results. I’m a fan.

Now the wrap was used to treat injured muscle and bone tissue in this case, as well as to break down scar and connective tissue which cocooned areas and rendered them rather immobile. Astonishing the results. These are just a few of the myriad benefits this wrap has to offer. Don’t worry, this DOES actually pertain to detoxing!
